What are the sponsorship levels?

We have five different sponsorship levels: Big Tent Sponsor: $1000 (5 available) Circus Sponsor: $500 (5 available) Carnival Sponsor: $250 (10 available) Fun & Games Sponsor: $100 Party Sponsor: $50 We also have a level titled "Festival Donors" for those who wish to support the festival at a level that is not mentioned specially above. All donations, regardless of the amount, contribute to making our festival a success! Donations are tax-deductible. We welcome sponsors from parishioners who own businesses, who want to sponsor as a family, or as an individual. Parish groups are also welcome to sponsor together. All sponsors and donors will be recognized on the monitors on festival day, and through our festival communications.

Why are sponsorships replacing the raffle?

We heard from our parishioners that they bought a raffle ticket in order to support the festival and its mission. The raffle has a high cost of fees and volunteers hours (96 total volunteer slots). With all that in mind, we decided to try something new! This process frees up volunteer availability so that more people can invest their time in other aspects of the festival; it allows parish staff to do more fundraising ahead of festival day; and most importantly, all parishioners still have the chance to support our parish and local community while enjoying the weekend of festival events!

Will there be something in lieu of the raffle prizes?

Last year over 700 people participated in the raffle with six cash prizes. This year, we have exciting things in the works for festival day that will be available to everyone! We'll announce details closer to the event!

Save the date for our Festival Weekend: Saturday, September 5 – Monday, September 7

This year, we are asking parishioners to support our International Festival as sponsors. Sponsorships will take the place of the money raised through the raffle and will support the mission of the festival, as well as continue to ensure festival admission is free to the parish and local community.
