Easter is a season filled with hope and joy. The risen Lord appears to his disciples to remind them that they are loved. These appearances remind us that we too are loved. The invitation to remember, celebrate and believe connects us with Jesus today in the ordinary and extraordinary of our own lives. This Easter season we have additional reason to celebrate. Good Shepherd celebrates 50 years as a community of faith. We are called to remember the past, celebrate today and hope in the future. May this Easter season be a time of renewal of faith as we journey with the Risen Lord. |
