FIRST YEAR STUDENTS
Altaration: The Mystery of the Mass Revealed
First Year students have begun their final unit on the Mass. Students received a new workbook titled Altaration: The Mystery of the Mass Revealed -- they should make sure to bring this book to class for the rest of the year.
Parents - check out one of the video segments for Altaration HERE and talk to your child about what they are learning as they explore why Mass matters...
Works of Mercy Project -- Due May 7 (Sunday classes) or May 10 (Thursday classes)
Students have one more month to complete their Works of Mercy Service Project. Click HERE for details.

Candidates must submit the following requirements, included in the Confirmation Packet HERE, directly to Ms. Rosie before class on the designated date:
1. Confirmation Name Form
2. Sponsor Letter (Please read instructions carefully)
3. Sponsor Interview
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to turn everything in to Ms. Rosie at the table in the Commons before class.
Pentecost Project - Due May 21 (Sunday classes) or May 25 (Thursday classes)
Candidates should be well on their way to completing the 10 hours of service required for their Pentecost Project.

- High School youth who will be 18 years old in the Fall are also welcome as assistants and small group facilitators.

Join hundreds of middle schoolers (6th-8th grade) from the Arlington Diocese at this celebration of faith, fellowship, and fun! BASH includes music, games, inspirational speakers, confessions, and Sunday Vigil Mass.
WHEN: Saturday, April 29, 2017. 3:30pm - 9:00pm
WHERE: St. John Paul the Great High School, Dumfries, VA
COST: $10.00 per participant, which includes all of the great entertainment above, dinner, and snacks.
