The work of removing every light fixture continues.

In addition, the wiring is being removed and replaced.

A few pictures from the work in progress. The scope of this project is extensive.  The spider lift gets workers to the high ceiling; each and every fixture is being replaced, as well as hundreds of yards of wiring.  (Apologies for the photo quality - we look forward to being able to take better pictures - with better lighting!)

The good news is that the project is moving along on schedule - so far. Workers continue to make their way across the large ceiling area, preparing to replace light fixtures and install new wiring. We look forward to having better lighting (that is also more energy efficient!).

Meanwhile, parishioners and staff continue to display their flexibility and good humor as events are re-located or moved.  Mass is being held in Creedon Hall, Confessions are in Classrooms 2 and 3, and the Sacristy is set up in the nursery.  Thank you for your patience!
