Good Shepherd has an immediate opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant (20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday) to support our Faith Formation team. The position is non-exempt with benefits. Primary duties include verbal and written communications with parish families and administrative support to the Faith Formation staff.
The successful candidate must be a Roman Catholic possessing a high school diploma and minimum two years administrative experience. The ability to communicate in Spanish and English (verbal and written) is required. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) are highly desirable.
