    Campout for Homelessness Awareness

    November 17-18, 2018

    Overnight Campout, Saturday - Sunday:
    Participants build a cardboard shelter and spend the night outside. Includes: Mass, dinner, guest speaker, activities, and pancake breakfast. Teens can register individually or as a team, and families may participate as well. See registration information below.

    SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 8pm

    All parishioners are invited to a presentation on homelessness.  Our speaker is Deputy Director at the Carpenter Shelter.  Carpenter’s Shelter supports the homeless in achieving sustainable independence through shelter, guidance, education and advocacy.

    Campout Schedule

    Saturday, 2pm - Sunday, 8am

    Registration and Check-in:   2pm
    Cardboard Tent Competition: 2:30pm
    Mass: 5pm
    Dinner: 7:30pm
    Speaker: 8pm (open to all parishioners)
    Overnight stay at the shelter (9pm - 7am)
    Pancake Breakfast Sunday morning

    Campout Registration: Forms

    FAMILY REGISTRATION FORM
    Families welcome for the Campout! Children 13 and under must be accompanied by a parent.

    TEAM REGISTRATION (NON-FAMILY)
    Teens age 14 and older may form groups (either all-male or all-female). Each teen must also include a permission form.

    CAMPOUT PERMISSION FORM
    Teen participants in the overnight Campout should complete a permission form. (Must be age 14 or older.)
