Learn what it’s like to be homeless for a night!
Participants will build a cardboard shelter and spend the night outside. Teens can register individually or as a Team and families may participate as well. The evening includes Mass, a shelter dinner, and a presentation on homelessness. Teens make sure you submit the online permission form. Plus all participants/teams need to complete a registration form.
Pre-register to ensure available space and sufficient Safe Environment Adults on hand for youth.
Cardboard Dwelling Challenge: 2:30 - 4:30pm
Build the structure you and your team will stay in overnight! Teams have 1 hour to build the structure, additional rules apply. Please see the Rules flyer.
Mass: 5:00pm or 6:30pm
English and Spanish Masses will celebrate homelessness awareness. Games in Creedon Hall between Masses.
Presentation on Homelessness: 8:30pm (open to all parishioners)
Campout: 10:00pm - 7:00am
Sunrise Prayer & Reflection: 7:00am
Pancake Breakfast: 8:00am
