Welcome to all new families and individuals! We invite you to register and become a part of our parish community. Since registration is our only means of certifying parish membership, we encourage all parishioners to complete a confidential registration form.

Note: Please advise the parish office of any changes to your family / household information, especially if you move out of the parish.

Registration and Change of Information forms are available on-line, at the Information Center to the right of the Parish office as you enter the church, and at the Parish office.
